Please note that this flight can only be realized if we get all necessary permits and authorizations from the Government of Colombia. In case we don’t get sufficient bookings AND all necessary permits, the flight cannot take place. Also, changes in departure date are possible.

We are requesting a special permit for a voluntary repatriation flight. With this, we can fly even though the commercial air traffic is suspended.
No, this is a 100% privately organized and funded flight. Several embassies however support us in obtaining the necessary permits.
We will provide daily updates on the status via e-mail to the address you used to register or book. Also, please keep an eye on our website.
Booking the flight
We highly recommend to book fast! If we don’t have enough bookings, the flight will not happen or will take place much later. The faster you book, the faster we can charter the plane. If we don’t fly, nothing happens as there will be immediate and 100% refund of your pre-authorized payment.

If the flight does not take place, the blocking of the ticket price on your payment card will be lifted and the amount will be available to you. We will not deduct money if we don’t fly and there will be no bank charges.
We will only operate the flight if we have at least 130 passengers AND if we get the permits. Should one of the two condition not be met, you will be fully refunded. There are no costs involved for you if we don’t fly.
We can only charter the plane when we have sufficient bookings, as we also need to pay the plane in advance.
We only pre-authorize the amount on your credit card. It will then be blocked by the credit card payment company, but it will only be deducted and transferred to our account if the flight is confirmed.

As long as the flight is not confirmed, passengers can withdraw from the booking at no cost. Once the plane is chartered and the flight is confirmed, you can still cancel but you are not entitled to a refund. As a courtesy however we will consider to offer a voluntary refund if we can sell the seat to another passenger.

Yes, but subject to final approval from the airline. Please specify type and weight of the animal during registration or booking. Please note that only pets up to 8kg including cage can be brought into the cabin. To transport a pet, you need to book at least “Economy 32kg”.
For Economy 23kg: 1 piece of checked luggage, maximum 23kg, plus 8kg cabin luggage.
For Economy 32kg, Premium Economy and Business Class: 2 pieces of checked luggage, maximum 32kg (alternatively, this allows for transport of 1 pet or 1 surfboard/bike bag), plus 8kg cabin luggage.
Children travelling at a discount ticket are entitled to 1 piece of checked luggage at 20kg, plus 8kg cabin luggage.

No. Just get to the airport and show your passport, which will be cross-checked with the passenger list. If you have the booking confirmation on your phone or printed out, it is good, but not mandatory.
No, please do by yourself or via your trusted travel agency. We recommend waiting with bookings for onward journeys until our flight is confirmed. Also, we recommend to allow for generous layover times, as late arrivals are possible.
Please report to the ground handling staff in Frankfurt or at your final destination (“lost and found”).

Food and drinks will be provided, but service will be limited. There will be no walk-throughs by the crew and there will be no blanket/pillow service and no headphone service for inflight-entertainment due to COVID-19 safety measures.
It is a designated and comfortable long-range business class seat with at least 160 degree recline and generous space.
We take your requests upon booking, but cannot guarantee it works, as this is a special flight with limited service options.
It will be mandatory to wear a nose-mouth mask throughout the flight. Disinfectant will be provided and board service will be reduced to minimize exposure of the crew. The selected airline operating the flight will provide further details.
No, the International Air Transport Association does not recommend social distancing measures such as free middle seats on board. The ticket price would need to be 30% higher. But comprehensive safety measures are implemented.
If you feel any such symptoms like fever, dry coughing, fatigue, loss of sense of taste or smell, sore throat or breathlessness or if you have been in touch with persons infected with COVID-19, you are not allowed to board the plane.
This flight is not a regular flight but operated as a special flight with a humanitarian status. EU regulations regarding delayed flights do not apply.
We are operating under special circumstances. We reserve the right to delay the flight for three days. If in this time we are still not able to fly, you can withdraw from your booking and will be fully refunded.

Yes, we are able to organize land transport to the airport. Let us know exactly where you are and how many people need to be transported. This service needs to be paid in country and is not related to the flight.
In this case we fulfilled our part of the transportation contract, you didn’t. Therefore, you are not entitled to a refund.
The airport is closed and there are no shops or restaurants open. Please bring water and snacks for the waiting time until boarding. It is mandatory to wear a mask at airport premises and keep distance to other passengers (1.5m).
We cannot ensure that, but many embassies do that once the flight is confirmed. Also, the passenger list will be provided to the local security forces, to ensure they let you pass the checkpoints.

If you are not allowed to enter the EU, you cannot pass immigration in Frankfurt. Instead, you have to stay in transit and need to get on your connecting flight.
EU citizens can immigrate in Frankfurt and pick up their luggage and proceed to check in for their connecting flight.
For those who are not allowed to enter the EU, individual solutions will be provided.
You can pass immigration in Frankfurt and need to commence to your onward journey. You are free to select all means of transport (flight, railway, rental car, pick-up, etc.).
Currently, all flights depart and arrive at Terminal 1 in Frankfurt.
Please organize your onward journey via your travel agency or book online. In Germany, Deutsche Bahn railway operates on schedule and connecting flights to major European hubs are available from Frankfurt. For those who have a longer layover, airport hotels in Frankfurt are open and take bookings.
Please allow layover time of at least 4 hours.
Residents of Germany need to adhere to their local provincial regulations. Others just need to commence to their onward journey and are not subject to quarantine measures.
