Success through Expertise – The Result Group Expert Pool

The Result Group GmbH has a comprehensive, globally applicable, multinational and networked pool of experts. Our guideline “Global, Networked, Flexible” is reflected in the pool of experts and thus enables us to meet the diverse and constantly changing needs for highly qualified expertise in the security sector.

Thanks to a constantly growing database of experts with several hundred experts and a personnel management system that flexibly and promptly contracts required skills, the Result Group GmbH can offer a wide range of services in the security sector.
Customers appreciate the long-standing, subject-specific and practical experience, the high level of academic training and the value orientation of our specialist consultants.
Consultants should be able to prove that they have spent longer periods abroad in developing and emerging countries or have held positions in international organizations for a broad range of tasks in security sector reform.

Positions

We are happy to include the following profiles in our expert pool:
Active and former police officers and soldiers, lawyers (former prosecutors and judges), administrative experts at various levels, parliamentary officers, economic advisers, media experts, journalists, scientists, former members of international organizations / development services, civil protection experts

Requirements

• At least seven years relevant work experience
• Longer work stays in developing and emerging countries are an advantage
• Experience in international organizations and NGOs in development cooperation is beneficial
• Strong knowledge and experience in the justice and security sector
