In 1996, following sixteen years of leadership experience in a German counter-terrorist unit, Walfried O. Sauer founded Result Group. Since then, he has built Result Group into one of the world‘s leading international Risk and Crisis Management Consultancies. His areas of expertise include advising on cases
involving kidnap, hostage taking, blackmail and extortion and terrorist threats, as well as the fight against organised crime. He was actively deployed in command positions on several hundred operations.
During his career he operated with the Fraud Squad, the Mobile Operations Unit (MEK), the Special Operations Unit (SEK) and the Anti-Terrorist Branch (TEF) and provided Close Protection for high profile personalities.
Furthermore, for several years he was Director of Training, with responsibility for special operations units. He assisted in conducting training for national and international Special Forces including the German GSG 9 and KSK, the Austrian Cobra (GEK), Luxembourg‘s Commandos and units based in Bulgaria, Kuwait, Spain, the Czech Republic and Peru.

Andreas Radelbauer has a military and police background. Since 1999 he has been active in the security industry. He graduated from the private university UMIT where he completed the “academic crisis and disaster manager” course with distinction. Topic of his thesis: product extortion.
In addition to his working for government agencies he also acquired global experience of security matters in the private sector working for international companies and at-risk families both in the corporate as well as in the private sector as a consultant or in the active mode of operation.
Since 2001 he has been working for the Result Group. After seven years as the representative executive associate he was appointed Managing Director of the Result Group in May 2012. Andreas Radelbauer has a longstanding global experience in crisis and war zones and was involved in many different security issues with a main focus on extortion, blackmail and kidnapping.
The areas of his operations were amongst others: Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Algeria, Jordan, Egypt, Israel, Oman, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Russia, Caucasus, Brazil and India.
