Reports may be made at any time by anyone. All reports will be treated in confidence and Result Group will endeavour to protect the identity of those involved.

Reports may be made using this Form, which can be emailed or printed out and posted/scanned.
Once a report has been received, Result Group undertakes to:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing, within 5 working days.
- Promptly, and impartially investigate any allegations, whilst giving due consideration to client and commercial confidentiality and GDPR legislation.
- maintain records regarding reports and the results of any subsequent investigations or disciplinary measures securely. Information relating to a report may be made available to a relevant or competent authority on request.
- Cooperate at all times with official investigations.
- Take appropriate action following any investigation. Ensure anyone submitting a report in good faith is subsequently protected against any repercussions or reprisals as far as is practicable.
- To keep those submitting reports updated with the progress of an investigation and any subsequent planned remedial action.
- To exercise due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable national and international legislation, where applicable.
