Nils Retkowski – Chief Operating Officer
During his 13 years’ service with the German navy he gained experience as a troop commander and as adjutant to the Head of the German Admiralty. In his last posting as company commander in the Marine Protection Force of the German Armed Forces he was responsible for the deployment of ground combat and vessel protection teams for naval operations, particularly for the UNIFIL and ATALANTA missions. He personally took part in military operations in the Sudan and on the Cape Verde Islands. After working for a maritime consultancy company in Hamburg he took up the position of Head of Maritime Services at the Result Group GmbH in 2011. Since 2014 he is Chief Operating Officer with procuration in Seeshaupt.
Dr. Christoph U. Eichel – Director International Services
started his career as an army officer in the German armed forces, having studied and graduated at the university of the German armed forces (Bundeswehruniversität) in Munich, majoring in Security Politics. He completed his studies with an MBA in International Management in St. Gallen, Switzerland as well as Toronto, Canada. Previously he worked as a diplomat and Head of Policy Department for several years at the branch office of the German Embassy Kabul in Kunduz, Afghanistan. Before Dr. Eichel joined Result Group, he was responsible for Global Security Risk for a German automotive group. In his role as Director International Security Solutions for Result Group he is in charge of the International Security services for business and industry and their activities abroad. These comprise of Corporate Security Solutions, such as global risk and crisis management, project and travel safety.
René A. Rühl – Deputy Director International Services
served 12 years in German military Special Operation Forces assignments as a leader and instructor. Holding a university diploma in political science, he worked as a lecturer for adult vocational training institutes after completion of his military service. During the period of heightened terrorism threat in Germany in 2011, he acted as security coordinator and advisor to the General Manager of a US holding company’s luxury hotel. Working for Result Group’s Corporate Security Division since 2012 he advises clients in risk and crisis management and accounts for Result Group’s Security Training Programs for clients. His career led him to troubled regions in the Balkans like Kosovo as well as Israel, the US and High Risk Regions of the Indian Ocean.
Axel Wochinger – Senior Consultant International Services
has a degree in economics and passed the officer training in the Austrian Armed Forces. During his 12 years in the military he was responsible for developing specific training programs and for planning and commanding missions related to personnel protection and event and physical security. He gained experience from deployments in crisis regions such as Kosovo, Bosnia and Syria. After completing his military service he was in charge of drafting security concepts and risk assessments for a major infrastructure project in Central Asia that included on-site surveys in Afghanistan and Pakistan. In addition, he is trained for election observer missions of the OSCE and the EU and is amember of the election observer pool of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In mid-2017 he joined Result Group and specializes in the field of Corporate Security Solutions.
Wolfram Herbig – Director Private Security Solutions
Following more than 20 years in the Bavarian Police, operating as an undercover investigator, as well as in the areas of economic crime and information protection, in 2002 he joined Result Group. His extensive work experience has been instrumental in the drafting of holistic concepts to counter industrial espionage. In 2014 he took over the position as Director Private Security Solutions with the focus on advising and developing specialized security solutions for high net worth individuals and families.
Stephan Lehmann – Governance Security Solutions
heads the Governance department of Result Group. He has many years of experience in European co-operation and development project. From Brussels he also co-ordinates our multi-disciplinary expert network that supports the European Commission in its implementation of projects in Justice and Home Affairs as part of the Framework Contracts/Lot 7. These measures enhance the improvement of police bodies as well as the justice sector at large in countries of transition. Stephan also looks after security projects in Iraq, Albania and within the EU, dealing with early recognition and combating radicalization as well as misuse and theft of identity.
